The counting cartoning machine is intermittent patch automatic boxing equipment special to patch. It is suitable for automatic counting, boxing and sealing packaging of plaster patch. It finishes automatically all actions of manual-transporting, paper box opening, patch and manual boxing, gluing and sealing. It can be used separately or linked with other equipment. Use HMI to control and can be operated manually or automatically.

The counting cartoning machine has main parts imported from Japan for the OMRON PLC and the SMC pneumatic, from Germany for the Becker vacuum pump and from Switzerland for the Robatech hot melt applicator. It can be operated manually or automatically.

The counting cartoning machine has two shift ways and it can stop automatically if overload happens and detecting lack of material as well or any malfunction, running speed and finished product count can be shown automatically. It will not spray the glue when the tray is not in position. It is controlled automatically by PLC and speed is adjusted by frequency control system.
