The plastic food bag making machine is suitable to pack food with BOPP, COPP, PET, plastic, paper plastic, aluminium and other materials. It has feeding traction driven by AC servomotor with control, tension is automatically controlled by swimming roller, magnetic powder brake and displacement sensor.
When the set program of the plastic food bag making machine is above 400 mm, it automatically changes into multiple conveyances. It has upper and lower sealing press driven by AC servomotor as well and it has automatic count which can be pre-set. It has multiple photoelectric controls.
The plastic food bag making machine has CRT displaying, it has continuous or interval punching and its time can be pre-set according to specific needs. Distance between colour scales can be measured photoelectrically, it can adopt multiple conveyances, twice to six times, it can also be set for printing or non-printing.

The plastic food bag making machine has alarms when is lacking of photoelectricity or temperature, also, warping and servomotor alarm and auto-switch off. It has the warp beam horizontally, with V fold support and pneumatically lock. Its operation speed is set as maximum 160 pieces per minute, but this can be different according with material and bag size.
